Testing Requirements:

1. Cost for 2011 is $15.00.
   This fee is charged once, no matter whether taking any one, two, three or all four test elements, during the test session.
   Retests of an element failed at the same test session will require payment of an additional test fee.
2. Must show original, and provide copy of Amateur Radio license and/or CSCE (if upgrading).
3. Valid Photo ID (Drivers License or State ID Card) for identification.
4. SS Security Number.
