Regular Meeting minuets – August 2008

The regular meeting of the MCWA was called to order Tuesday August 1, 2008 at 19:30 hrs local at the Nunda Township Hall north of Crystal Lake by Kent, K9KMD club secretary

Introductions – Around-the-room self introductions included a brief statement from each attendee describing any activities they did regarding ham radio during the last month. 

Past Month Meeting Minutes –, minutes were read by club secretary Kent, K9KMD from the July MCWA meeting.  

Treasures Report –   No Treasures report.

General Reports/discussions:

Because of the lower attendance number, the meeting was opened up to the attending members for general discussion.  Topics discussed were: raffle, pro-rating of membership dues, fox hunts and upcoming elections.

Amateur Radio History – none this month.

Attendance: 11 members with no visitor/guests this month.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Jerry, N9AVY and seconded by Jim, W9NB.  Meeting ended at ~ 21:00 hours local.
